title: My tab description: Your workout library, quick start, and create entry point.
My tab
The leftmost of the three main tabs. This is your personal workout library — every workout you've created manually, generated via AI, imported from a share link, or added from the Library. The default landing screen when you open the app.
Layout
Top — quick start row
The most recent workout you ran, with a big Start button. One tap goes straight into the Execute screen.
Search bar
Filters by workout name, tag, or block label. The search index includes pre-block notes and reminders, so "deadlift" finds workouts that mention deadlifts even if "deadlift" isn't in the name.
Filter chips (Today · This week · All)
Toggles based on when the workout was last run. Useful when your library grows past 20 workouts.
Workout list
Each row shows: name, scenario tag (HIIT / Strength / Breathing / Mobility / Custom), total duration, last-run timestamp, and a small phase-color strip for the block sequence.
Rows are ordered by recency — whichever is later between the workout's last edit and its last completed session. New workouts, recent edits, and just-finished workouts all surface at the top automatically; there's no manual drag-to-reorder.
Create buttons (top)
AI Create and Manual open the two creation flows; the small link button at the end of the row imports a workout from a copied rhythmfit.me link.
Row actions
Long-press a workout for the action sheet:
- Start — same as the quick-start button.
- Pin / Unpin — pinned workouts stay at the top of the list (newest pin first) with an orange pin badge.
- Edit — opens CreateView in edit mode.
- Duplicate — copies with " (Copy)" appended.
- Share — generates a
rhythmfit.me/w/…link. - Move to folder — see folders below.
- Delete — removes from library. Doesn't delete past session records.
Swipe-left on a row exposes Delete as a shortcut.
Folders
For larger libraries (50+ workouts), you can group into folders. Tap the folder icon in the top-right.
- Create folder by name.
- Drag a workout onto a folder to move it.
- Folders are local to your device unless you've enabled iCloud sync — then they travel.
There's no nesting. We considered it; the cost wasn't worth it for the use case.
Free tier limits
Free users can create unlimited workouts manually. AI generations are capped at 8/month (see Free vs Pro). The library size itself isn't limited.
What's NOT here
Two things people sometimes look for in My tab but live elsewhere:
- Built-in templates. They're in the Library tab. My tab is your workouts; Library is RhythmFit's. If you "add" a template to your library it shows up here, but the templates themselves are in Library.
- History / stats. The Stats tab shows past sessions. My tab shows the workouts themselves, not the records of running them.
