How can we help?

Quick answers below. For anything we missed, email us — replies usually within 24 hours.

How do I create an AI workout?+
Tap the + button on the My tab and choose AI Create. Type what you want (e.g. "30 minutes upper body, no equipment, intermediate"). You can also import from a photo, PDF, text, or video link. Free users get 8 AI generations per month; Pro is unlimited.
What's the difference between Free and Pro?+
Free includes 3 built-in templates, manual workout creation, 8 AI generations per month, the classic metronome sound, basic Apple Watch controls with the haptic metronome, Learning Mode for movement practice, and 7 days of history. Pro removes every limit and adds live heart-rate / rep counting on Apple Watch, the Max / Luna / Kai coach personas, all sound effects, and import-from-photo / PDF. See the full table on the pricing section.
How do I pair my Apple Watch?+
Install the watchOS companion via the Watch app on your iPhone, then start a workout on iPhone — it appears on the watch automatically. Basic Watch controls (pause / resume / skip / end) and the haptic metronome work on the free tier. Live heart rate and automatic rep counting require Pro.
I got a rhythmfit.me/w/… link. How do I open it?+
If RhythmFit is installed, tapping the link on your iPhone opens the workout preview directly in the app — tap Add to My Library. If not, the link opens a web preview here and we'll point you to the App Store. After installing, paste the link in the iOS Settings → Import flow or open it from Messages / Mail again.
How do voice commands work?+
Voice control goes through Siri: "Hey Siri, pause RhythmFit", "Hey Siri, start Tabata in RhythmFit". AirPods can wake Siri so it works fully hands-free. Supported commands: start, pause, resume, skip, go back, restart block, extend time, tempo up/down, status report, and end. Pause, resume, skip, and end also work from Siri on Apple Watch.
Can I use RhythmFit without an internet connection?+
Yes for stored workouts, the metronome, timer, learning mode, the voice coach, and the full execution engine — all speech is generated on-device. Only AI Create and workout sharing require connectivity.
The coach voice sounds robotic.+
The coach uses the best system voice installed on your device, and the compact default voices can sound flat. Download a premium voice in iOS Settings → Accessibility → Read & Speak → Voices → English (called Spoken Content on older iOS; e.g. Tom, Ava, or Evan for the coach personas) — RhythmFit picks it up automatically. If something still sounds wrong, contact [email protected].
How do I export or delete my data?+
In the iOS app, open Settings → Account → Export for a JSON download of your workouts and history. To delete your account and synced data, use Settings → Account → Delete Account — this also removes shared-workout links you created.
How do refunds work?+
All subscriptions are billed by Apple. Request a refund through reportaproblem.apple.com — we cannot process refunds directly. We are happy to investigate any billing issue you escalate to us at [email protected].
I want to report inappropriate shared content.+
Tap Report on any shared workout in the app, or email [email protected] for copyright concerns. Reports are reviewed within 72 hours.
Does RhythmFit work with Apple Music or other streaming apps?+
Apple Music is the primary integration via MusicKit — playback stays inside Apple's system and never leaves your device. RhythmFit does not bundle its own music tracks, and we do not currently integrate with Spotify or other streaming services.
Does the AI see my heart rate or other health data?+
No. Heart rate, HRV, age, weight, location, and history are never sent to the AI. The Claude API only sees the workout type, duration, focus, and equipment hints you type. See Privacy Policy § 4 and the in-app About → How AI Works page for details.
